All Marlowe Manor property owners are encouraged to attend this important community event. \n\n\n\nMeeting Details\n\n\n\n\nDate: Thursday\, January 8\, 2026\n\n\n\nTime: 6:00 PM\n\n\n\nLocation: Adolphine Fletcher Terry Library\, 2015 Napa Valley Dr\, Little Rock\, AR 72212\n\n\n\n\nThis annual meeting is a key opportunity for residents to stay informed about neighborhood improvements\, ask questions\, and participate in selecting the leadership that guides the Marlowe Manor POA. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat to Expect at the Meeting\n\n\n\n\nWelcome and introductions\n\n\n\nReview of major accomplishments and events from the previous year\n\n\n\nFinancial and annual assessment update\n\n\n\nUpdates on neighborhood projects\, maintenance efforts\, and POA initiatives\n\n\n\nElection of Officers for 2026\n\n\n\nOpen forum for member questions\, feedback\, and discussion\n\n\n\n\nElection Information\n\n\n\nTo ensure strong community representation\, the POA will conduct its official Election of Officers during the meeting. \n\n\n\n\nAll property owners in good standing (current on POA dues) are eligible to vote.\n\n\n\nNominations for officer positions may be made in advance or from the floor\, following established meeting rules.\n\n\n\n\nYour voice matters.
