- POA Dues:
- $90 per calendar year
- Due June 1st
- Statements are mailed out annually
- Dues_Remittance_Form
- PRAF
- One-time fee of $250
- Due within 90 days of closing
- Pool Membership
- An optional pool membership can be purchased on a yearly basis
- POA Dues must be up-to-date and paid for the year
NOTE: Any owner who is more than 2 years past due on their POA Dues and PRAF may have a lien filed against their home. All past due POA Dues and PRAF fees will need to be collected before liens will be released.
