To help the association respond efficiently, include the following information when requesting a statement or closing letter:

- Current owner or seller name
- Buyer name, when available
- Expected closing date
- Closing company and contact information
Please ask the treasurer to confirm all outstanding POA dues, PRAF charges, late fees, liens, and any other property-specific balance before closing.

Important Lien and Past-Due Account Notice
Any owner who is past due on POA dues or PRAF fees may have a lien filed against the property at any time. All past-due amounts must be paid in full before any lien will be released.
Buyers, sellers, and closing professionals should obtain a current property-specific statement rather than relying only on the general fee schedule shown above.
