The Marlowe Manor Property Owners Association (MMPOA) will hold its annual Members Meeting and Election of Officers on Thursday, January 8, 2026. All Marlowe Manor property owners are encouraged to attend this important community event.

This annual meeting is a key opportunity for residents to stay informed about neighborhood improvements, ask questions, and participate in selecting the leadership that guides the Marlowe Manor POA.

Election Information

To ensure strong community representation, the POA will conduct its official Election of Officers during the meeting.

  • All property owners in good standing (current on POA dues) are eligible to vote.
  • Nominations for officer positions may be made in advance or from the floor, following established meeting rules.
