- POA Dues:
- $140 per calendar year for 2025 and 2026
- Annual Assessment Due by March 1st. If not paid by March 31st, a $20 late fee will be assessed
- Statements are mailed out annually
- Dues_Remittance_Form
- PRAF
- One-time fee of $500
- Due within 90 days of closing
- Pool Membership
- An optional pool membership can be purchased on a yearly basis
NOTE: Any owner who is past due on their POA Dues or PRAF fees may have a lien filed against their property at any time. All past due amounts must be paid in full before any lien will be released.
