Welcome to Marlowe Manor Pool – Your Neighborhood Pool in Little Rock

The 2025 Family Yearly Rates are as follows:

• Resident Rate: $275
• Non-Resident Rate: $275 until April 30th, and then $295 beginning May 1st.
• **POOL RATE WILL BE $283.25 IF PAYING WITH CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL, or Apple Pay, (or $303.85 for Non-Resident Rate after May 1)

We offer a referral fee of $75 to members who refer a new member to our pool. Please enter details on the form to receive your referral payment.

We offer a few ways to pay your membership:

• You can pay with check by sending to 2000 Shumate Dr, Little Rock, AR 72212
• You can pay with check at the guard shack on your first visit
• You can pay via PayPal, our username is @MMPOAPOOL. 3% Service Fee applies.
• You can pay via Credit Card or Apple Pay by requesting an invoice at the end of this sign up form. 3% Service Fee applies.

After filling out this form and paying, you will receive an arm band at the guard shack upon your first visit to the pool. If you would like your armband mailed, please request so at the end of this sign up form. We will provide one armband per family. As long as one member of your group has this armband displayed, you are welcome to swim.

We are really looking forward to another great pool season at Marlowe Manor. Our neighborhood pool is only possible because of volunteers. We have many neighbors committing many hours to operate the pool for the season. If you would like to help, please email poolmmpoa@gmail.com

Member Pool Parties

All pricing is based on a 2-hour party. For longer parties, please email us at poolmmpoa@gmail.com.

Option 1: Private Party for All Ages

• Available Times: Mondays, Sunday mornings, and evenings after 8 PM (excluding Fridays)
• Pricing: $150 + Lifeguard Fee ($50 minimum for a 2-hour party)

Option 2: Party During Business Hours

• Availability: Anytime the pool is open
• Details: Reserved area with tables and chairs
• Pricing: $100 + $5 guest fee for each non-member
• Maximum of 15 swimmers

Option 3: Adults Only Party

• Requirement: All attendees must be 18 or older, even if not swimming
• Maximum of 20 guests for adult only parties
• Available Times: Mondays, Sunday mornings, and evenings after 8 PM (excluding Fridays)
• Pricing: $150 for a 2-hour party
