After a full day of food, games and family fun at the Back-to-School Pool Bash, unwind during the Marlowe Manor Adults-Only Night Swim.
Join your neighbors on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, for a quiet summer evening at the pool.
This event follows the Back-to-School Pool Bash, the official replacement for our rain-canceled Independence Day celebration.

👥 Who Can Attend?
This private neighborhood event is open exclusively to:
- Current 2026 Marlowe Manor Pool Members
- Marlowe Manor Residents in Good Standing
⭐ Resident Benefit
Marlowe Manor residents in good standing do not need a 2026 pool membership to attend this special event.
⚠️ Adults-Only Policy
Adults-Only Night Swim is intended to provide a relaxing evening environment. The following requirements apply throughout the event:
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
- No one under age 18 is permitted inside the pool enclosure during Adults-Only Night Swim, even if they do not intend to swim.
- The only exception is an infant or other immobile child who must remain under the direct supervision and care of a parent or legal guardian at all times.
- Children who are walking, crawling or otherwise mobile are not permitted during Adults-Only Night Swim.
- Please respect other guests and help maintain a quiet, enjoyable evening environment.
🛟 Safety Information
Please review the following safety information before attending:
- No lifeguards will be on duty.
- All participants swim at their own risk.
- Exercise caution when walking around the pool deck and when entering or exiting the water after dark.
- Do not swim alone. Remain aware of others in and around the pool.
- The Marlowe Manor Property Owners Association may delay, suspend or end the event if weather or safety conditions warrant.

Whether you would like to float in the pool, visit with neighbors or simply enjoy a quiet summer night, Adults-Only Night Swim offers a more relaxed atmosphere after the daytime festivities.
Guests may attend the daytime Back-to-School Pool Bash, the Night Swim or both portions of the celebration.
💺 Pool Deck Reminder
Seating may be limited after a busy day at the pool. Feel free to bring a camping or folding chair for additional seating around the pool deck.

We invite our adult pool members and neighbors in good standing to enjoy one last relaxing summer evening before school begins.
