🎒 One Last Splash Before Class!
The official replacement for our rain-canceled July 4 Independence Day celebration.
Our Independence Day Pool Party may have been canceled because of the weather, but the celebration is back with a new theme.
Join us on Saturday, August 1, 2026, for the Marlowe Manor Back-to-School Pool Bash and one last day of summer fun with food, games, swimming and neighbors.
☀️ Open Swim
11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Family swimming, complimentary food and organized pool games throughout the day.
🌙 Adults-Only Night Swim
8:00 PM–10:00 PM
Ages 18 and older. No lifeguards on duty. All participants swim at their own risk.
🌭 Complimentary Food
The Marlowe Manor Property Owners Association will provide the following at no cost while supplies last:
- Freshly grilled hot dogs with all the trimmings
- Potato chips
- Fresh watermelon
- Bottled water
🎯 Family Games & Activities
Our volunteers are going the extra mile to make this a fun and memorable day for the neighborhood. Planned activities include:
- Dive for Poker Chips
- Watermelon Games
- Big Splash Contest
- Get the Lifeguard Wet

👥 Who Can Attend?
This private neighborhood event is open exclusively to:
- Current 2026 Marlowe Manor Pool Members
- Marlowe Manor Residents in Good Standing
⭐ Resident Benefit
Marlowe Manor residents in good standing do not need a 2026 pool membership to attend this special event.
🌙 Adults-Only Night Swim
Wrap up the day with a relaxing evening swim from 8:00 PM–10:00 PM.
Night Swim Guidelines
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
- No one under age 18 is permitted inside the pool enclosure during Adults-Only Night Swim.
- The only exception is an infant or other immobile child who must remain under the direct supervision and care of a parent or legal guardian.
- No lifeguards will be on duty.
- All participants swim at their own risk.
💺 Pool Deck Reminder
Special events are among our busiest pool days. The deck may become crowded, so please feel free to bring a camping or folding chair for additional seating.
